Whenever Jinhsi's banner cycles into the spotlight, I hear the same question from friends: is it worth pulling? I’m not a spreadsheet player, just a normal account owner who likes fun teams and efficient pulls. So let’s talk about Jinhsi, the featured four-stars, and the weapon banner in plain, practical terms.

Jinhsi herself is a limited Spectro-Broadblade DPS with a quick-swap, burst-heavy playstyle. She can carry a hypercarry team or slot into duo DPS setups, which already makes her pretty flexible. Her stack-building mechanic rewards off-field damage dealers because they feed her Forte Circuit and let her come in to frontload massive damage. Yinlin and Mortefi are my favorite partners for exactly that reason. Sanhua works too if you want faster, snappier rotations. Taoqi looks tempting because Jinhsi’s damage is mostly skill-based, but in practice Taoqi tends to get outshined by those other second-slot options, and Verina remains the better third-slot pick.
Damage-wise, I wouldn’t say she completely blows past Jiyan in sustained fights, but her frontloaded burst and sequence scaling are excellent. If you enjoy complex, high-ceiling kits, Jinhsi is a blast. One important drawback: her Energy Regen requirements are extremely high. You’ll want enough ER to use her Liberation every other rotation, otherwise she can feel awkward.

Overall, I rate Jinhsi 8/10. She’s a strong, unique DPS but not a must-have because the current roster has plenty of great carries.
Featured 4-Star Lineup: Sanhua, Yangyang, Danjin
Sanhua is easily the star of the four-star lineup. She’s flexible, fast, and pairs beautifully with Jinhsi. If you logged in for five days during the 1.0 launch period, you probably already have her. Her sequences are meaningful: S5 makes her rotation faster, and S6 boosts team damage. Give her Moonlit Clouds to amplify your carry, and Impermanence Heron to generate a ton of energy—exactly what Jinhsi needs. Honestly, Sanhua is one of the safest four-stars to build because she fits so many teams.
Yangyang is more of a slow burn. Her usability jumps at S3, where her grouping becomes much more reliable, and again at S6, where she gives the team 20% ATK. Before S6, she feels mediocre. Her personal damage is on the lower side, but she can be useful for mob-heavy Tower of Adversity floors. If you don’t have Jianxin, Yangyang’s value increases a little. I wouldn’t chase her copies, but I also wouldn’t complain about getting them.
Danjin is a strange hybrid. She has an amplifier’s outro but a carry’s kit. The game clearly wants her to flex between supporting and dealing damage, and she does that decently without being broken in either role. She can support Havoc Rover, who is still a strong free meta pick. Danjin’s best home is Hologram content: her small damage windows are perfect for punishing bosses while they spam attacks, and she doesn’t even need a parry to force a stagger. Outside Hologram, she falls off a bit, especially in Tower of Adversity where risky, lower DPS gameplay is less forgiving. Sequences help her a lot.
Overall, I give the featured four-stars an 8/10. Any of them can be useful, and getting their sequences can make them noticeably stronger. Yangyang is the weakest link, but she can still help with mobbing floors down the road.
Weapon Banner: Ages of Harvest and Friends

Let’s talk weapons. Ages of Harvest is basically Jinhsi’s signature Broadblade. It compares closely to Jiyan’s Verdant Summit: the main stat is Crit Rate instead of Crit DMG, but the overall value is similar. Its passive gives 48% Skill DMG, which lines up perfectly with Jinhsi’s skill-heavy kit. You can expect a power bump in the same ballpark as Jiyan’s weapon over alternatives. The catch? It’s really only amazing on Jinhsi right now. If you skip it, the standard banner Lustrous Razor is a perfectly good fallback. I rate the weapon itself 7/10.
The four-star weapons are a mixed bag. Discord is the Concerto Energy Broadblade, and it’s mostly only good on Taoqi, who is a weak character in most teams. Commando of Conviction is a great 4-star Sword with a huge ATK% stat stick, so that’s a solid general pick. Amity Accord is DEF% Gauntlets, which only Yuanwu really wants—but Yuanwu has plenty of other weapon options.
| Pull Target | Rating | Quick Take |
|---|---|---|
| Jinhsi | 8/10 | Strong, flexible, not must-have |
| Featured 4-stars | 8/10 | Sanhua and Danjin shine, Yangyang situational |
| Ages of Harvest | 7/10 | Great for Jinhsi, niche otherwise |
| Weapon banner overall | 5/10 | Skippable unless you love Jinhsi |
My Honest Verdict
If you like Jinhsi, go for her. She’s genuinely awesome outside of pure meta talk, with a flashy, satisfying playstyle. If you want useful four-star copies, this banner is not bad at all. But the weapon banner is the easy skip—at least it was at launch. If a rerun ever upgrades those supporting weapons, it might be worth another look. Even in 2026, I’d treat Jinhsi as a premium fun pick, not an account requirement.
